30-Day Peace of Mind Policy
If there is anything wrong with the product, you can contact us within 30 days after delivery. If the issue is genuine and the product is faulty, damaged, or not working as promised, we will offer a replacement or a 100% refund according to the case.
When Replacement Is Available
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The product is not turning on or has a clear functional fault.
- The product received is different from the product ordered.
- The issue is reported with clear photos/video proof and order details.
When Refund Is Available
If replacement is not possible, or if our team confirms the issue cannot be resolved, we may provide a 100% refund within the 30-day policy period.
Important Conditions
- The product should not be physically damaged due to misuse, water damage, burning, breakage, or unauthorized repair.
- Customer must provide order details and proof of issue.
- Refund/replacement requests after 30 days may not be accepted.
- Shipping/return process will be guided by our support team.
